1121 Basmati is world-renowned for having the longest uncooked grain length (8.35mm - 8.45mm) and dramatic cooked elongation up to 22mm with exceptional grain separation. Super Kernel Basmati is a heritage variety famous for its intense natural aroma, delicate softness, and traditional sweet taste.
Sella rice is hydrothermally treated while still inside the paddy husk through pressurized soaking and steaming before milling. This drives vitamins and minerals into the endosperm and gelatinizes the starch, creating a firm golden grain that resists breakage, never turns sticky, and retains structural integrity even after prolonged buffet warming.
Processing & Quality Assurance
We employ a closed-loop quality control system: 1) Initial lab inspection of incoming paddy; 2) Multi-stage Japanese Satake mist polishers; 3) Rotary cylinder trieur length graders; 4) Bühler Sortex bi-chromatic and InGaAs infrared color sorters to eject discolored grains; 5) In-house cooking elongation tests on every production pallet before dispatch.
Export, Shipping & Private Label
Our standard minimum export order is one 20-foot Full Container Load (FCL), which holds approximately 25 to 26 Metric Tons depending on packaging configuration. For private-label customized bag printing, initial MOQ depends on bag cylinder manufacturing parameters (typically 1 to 2 FCLs).

Accepted payment methods include Irrevocable Confirmed Letter of Credit at Sight (L/C At Sight) or Advance T/T Deposit with balance against shipping documents (CAD / DP).
