1121 Basmati Rice (frequently known as Kainat in Pakistan) is internationally revered as the crowning jewel of long-grain rice varieties. Grown in the nutrient-rich mineral soils irrigated by the Indus and Ravi river systems, 1121 grains boast an uncooked average grain length (AGL) exceeding 8.35 mm. During cooking, the grain elongates dramatically up to 22 mm without thickening or bursting, remaining completely separated and dry. Ideal for signature dishes such as royal wedding Biryanis, festive Arabic Mandi, and international gourmet cuisine.
